Who counts as a staff login?: The people who work in your business. Your customers' people are counted separately, as portal users: none on Starter, 100 on Growth and no limit on Scale.
Can we change plans later?: Yes. An admin changes the plan under Admin, Billing, and the areas it includes follow.
Can we take our data with us?: Yes. An admin can download everything your business holds at any time, as spreadsheets and JSON files. More on the security page.
