Subprocessors
The companies that process information on our behalf to run APTRYK, what each does and what it sees.
Current list
| Company | What it does | Information | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, sign-in, file storage and server functions | Every record and file a business keeps in APTRYK, logins | United States (East) |
| Vercel | Hosting of the web app | Requests passing through the app, server logs | United States and its global network |
| Stripe | Subscription billing and payment | Billing contact, email, plan and payment details (cards are entered on Stripe's page only) | United States |
| Cloudflare (Turnstile) | Checks that a person, not a program, is signing up | Browser and network signals from the sign-up page | Global network |
| Resend | Sends account and notification emails | Recipient name and email, the message | United States |
Services you connect
A business can connect its own accounts at Stripe (for its customers' payments), Zoho Books and Google (Search Console and Analytics). Those connections are made and controlled by the business, under its own agreement with each service, and are not our subprocessors.
Changes
We will update this page before adding a subprocessor. A data processing addendum for businesses that need one is being prepared; ask at the support address (to be added before launch).
